with most practical cases and is easier to use.
WUFI 2D is needed for two-dimensional cases. It is directed towards advanced users
and is mainly applied for scientific investigations.

How To Purchase WUFI

Please download the Software License Agreement for the European Union,
North America or
other countries
as PDF file from our server.
German law requires that license agreements have to be limited to a time
period of 10 years. After this period, the program may not run under
the then-current operating systems anyway. If needed, the expired agreement can be
extended for further 10 years at no additional cost. Also, if you purchase an upgrade,
the 10-year period will start over.

Please fill out the agreement and send it back to us by fax (+49 8024
643 366) or mail (Fraunhofer-Institut für Bauphysik, Postfach 1152,
83601 Holzkirchen, Germany). It is sufficient to send us those pages where
something had to be filled in. If your country is a member of the EU we
also need your Value Added Tax Identification Number (VAT number).

We'll send you our invoice per fax/email and mail. Please use the information
on the invoice for your payment.
As payment methods we accept credit cards (Visa, Master), check or bank
transfer.
The price quoted above in US-$ assumes that payment is made by bank transfer.
In this case, no additional fees are usually incurred. Credit card payments
must be made exclusively in Euro. The actual amount charged in US-$ will
depend on the current exchange rate. Additional fees may be incurred which
are beyond our control. If you want to pay with credit card please send
us your card number, type of card (Master or Visa) and expiry date together
with the license agreement.

Upon receipt of your payment we'll send you the installation package
(CD and manual) by mail. If you need it urgently you also can download
WUFI from our server. In this case please
inform
us, then we'll send you the download address and your license key
in advance by email.

For universities and educational institutions we offer special licenses for
non-commercial use in research and education. For further information please
contact the WUFI support.
Program Updates
We are committed to permanently improve the programs of the WUFI family. New tools,
model extensions and data sets will usually be implemented into the current version
of each program as soon as they are available. Most of the updates are free of charge
and get a new sub-version number (after the dot, e.g. 4.1, 4.2 etc.). Every three or
four years major upgrades with new main version numbers (in front of the dot, e.g. 5.0)
will be released. These upgrades can be purchased for an upgradee fee as listed above.
If you want to purchase an upgrade please send an email to the
WUFI support
specifying the desired number of licences, the upgrade price and
your address. Then we'll send you the new upgrade including license key and
invoice via mail.
Free Versions
For non-commercial use, we offer a special light version of the new
WUFI 5.1 with a somewhat reduced set of features for free download.
The American
version contains US and Canadian climate data and can be downloaded from the
Oak Ridge National
Laboratory. For further information about WUFI or WUFI licences please contact
the WUFI support.
Commissioned WUFI Calculations
IBP also performs WUFI calculations commissioned by customers. The cost of these investigations depends on the
extent and complexity of the calculations.
Hygric Material Parameters
If you need material parameters for your calculations which are not provided in WUFI's material database, IBP can
determine the missing data in its laboratories with accredited test methods. The price
given below refers to determination of the complete hygric parameter spectrum.

With a daily count of about 20 downloads
(about 20000 downloads since 2001) WUFI addresses a large user base, from young
students to seasoned professionals.
This dedicated audience with pertinent interests is actively working with the
materials provided by WUFI's material database.
In addition to the materials provided by ourselves under neutral names, we offer to
include in the database materials under your brand or company name.
We will be glad to
